Rinse and drain dried chickpeas. Place into Instant Pot and cover completely with about an inch of water on top. Pressure cook on high for 35 minutes, natural release for 5 minutes, then do a quick release. Drain, rinse under cold water, then drain again. Put about 1.5 cups into sandwich baggies, squeeze out the air, and freeze.
